Filters washed, coil and blower wheel brushed, drain line flushed and the outdoor fan checked. This is the regular upkeep that keeps a healthy unit cooling well.
Book this serviceMara Atlas services split, multi-split and ducted systems. Each unit is washed, checked and tested in one tidy visit. You get a plain written note of what we found, and a quote before any repair.

Book this serviceWe take the indoor unit apart and soak the coil and blower in a non-corrosive cleaner, then rinse them clear. It's the fix for musty air, black specks and airflow that has faded over time.
Book this serviceWe take pressure readings and search the flare joints for leaks. Refrigerant is only topped up once any leak has been found and sealed, so you're not paying for gas that escapes again.
Book this serviceFor water leaks, noisy fans, blinking lights and units that won't start. We trace the cause first and explain it plainly. Parts are only fitted after you approve the quote.
Book this serviceSame order, every unit, every time. Your room stays clean and you know exactly what was done.
Dust sheets go down under the unit, furniture is covered and the power is safely isolated before any panel comes off.
We note airflow and supply-air temperature first, so the difference after cleaning is measured rather than guessed.
Filters, coil, blower wheel, drain tray and drain line, plus a check of the outdoor unit's fan and fins.
The unit runs in cooling mode while we check drain flow, listen for fan noise and compare readings.
A short written summary of what was done, what we saw and anything worth keeping an eye on.
These are the symptoms we're called out for most, with the visit that usually sorts each one.
Usually a clogged drain line or an overflowing tray behind the front panel.
Likely fix General service
Mould and grime have built up deep in the coil and blower, where brushing can't reach.
Likely fix Chemical wash
Dirty filters and coils choke airflow, and low refrigerant can make it worse.
Likely fix Service or gas check
Loose panels, a blower wheel out of balance or bearings that are starting to wear.
Likely fix Repair & diagnosis
Frost points to restricted airflow or a refrigerant leak. Switch the unit off until it's checked.
Likely fix Gas check
The unit has detected a fault itself. Note the pattern or code and include it in your booking.

How often a unit needs care depends on how hard it works. Start with a single visit and move to a plan whenever it makes sense.
For a one-off clean, a new-to-you home, or a unit that has started acting up.
For bedrooms and living areas cooled most evenings through the warmer months.
For units running most days: home offices, shops, studios and server corners.
Every quote is confirmed in writing before work starts. No surprises on the day.
If yours isn't here, add it to the notes in the booking form and we'll answer when we reply.
Most home units do well with a general service twice a year. Units running most days, or in dusty spots near roads, benefit from quarterly care.
A general service keeps a healthy unit clean. A chemical wash is a deeper strip-down clean for smells, visible mould or airflow that a regular service no longer restores.
Someone needs to let us in and show us the units. After that you're free to carry on with your day, and we'll walk you through the note at the end.
Washes are wet work, so we lay sheets, use a collection bag under the unit and wipe down the area before we leave.
No. Refrigerant isn't used up in normal running. If it's low there's a leak, so we find and fix the leak first and only then recharge the system.
